Hello

I have seen the uncapped offerings from multiple ISP's quality of service decrease as their subscribers increase, where one didnt have to buffer they now do and where news was once about 50% in more busy hours is 10% etc...

Will WA be upgrading capacity to keep the same quality of service as it is at launch or even improve ?

Thanks in advance
Jonathan

Heya Jonathan,

We've provisioned capacity for the initial sales of the Home Uncapped accounts, and will be continuously adding more down the line when we see a rise in capacity.

Give our Uncapped Feedback a read through, we've got users who are well above their thresholds and either aren't seeing a decrease in priority at all, or the change is very minimal.

The quality won't decrease from our end, as we'll ensure that our network is constantly running at a very high standard all the time :)

Hi Jeff

Awesome to know that people who use the service how its meant to be used will not suffer because of a small user percentage base, even better to know that threshold doesn't mean death :)

I signed up this morning before posting and am very pleased.

Have to agree with you! We're here for guys who "play by the rules"
Besides, we'll never shape you into the ground - like you mention above, and the threshold guidelines are fair.
