Wantitall.co.za too Expensive...

Hey all, just like to know if any of you buy pc stuff from wantitall and why would you do such thing??? I just checked out some gaming stuff and boy they are WAY WAY WAY over priced. Yes I know they import from the US ect but that's no excuse. Just to give you an idea how expensive they really are: (I use Evetech prices to compare because I normally use them) You can compare them with any PC stores is SA, Rebeltech, Computers Only ect.

We can go on for days, they even sell steam gift cards... for a $50 (about R800) you will pay R2129 and for a $20(about R320) one you will pay R1072.....

Is it just me or is there prices ludicrous??? I can import PC hardware from the US and I will still pay about half that price.

Oh and is not about the $/R exchange , Its been like this from 2years ago when I first came across there site...

I will never buy from them....Anyone with me on this one...:whistle:
 
Wantitall are for those hard-to-find items that other places can't source...I've bought exactly one thing from them in 10 years or so (an HR Giger artbook) that they imported for me when Takealot stopped doing their import service.

As the joke goes, Wantitall refers to their pricing model...as in they want all your money.

Yes, they are expensive. The only thing I bought was a DVD movies, Music CD's, Books or any item that can't be found in SA that is not intended for SA market otherwise I would of not buy from them if they were available in SA. I never buy PC hardware from them as there are better deals elsewhere. Takealot used to offer import from UK & USA but announced pulling out a few years back. Loot.co.za sometimes offer import items. I usually buy PC Hardware from PC stores such as Rebeltech, Wootware, Webantics etc.
 
Yip their prices are out of this world. Biggest rip off on the web imo.
 
I couldn't believe some of the prices when i was looking for something there last year. Huge rip off

Yes, just bought a Troika keyring, unavailable in SA. Incredibly strong and each separate ring is easily removed and reattached. Cost R800 but i had my previous one 15 years..... received it last week and the price is now R1200!

Wantitall is joke. Do not understand how they still do business. Maybe there are enough stupid people around they can con to make a living. R400 for a roll of imported toilet paper anyone?

Wantitall...they really do WANT IT ALL...They probably sell a mountain dew every month to cover expenses??:wtf:
