I am curious. Have all you persons with current issues used the old fashioned method aka the phone? I ask as I have resolved a few issues by just calling them.

They actually answered the phone ? I've tried them 3 times tonight since my net has been up to **** for a week.

18 mins on hold before I put the phone down, then later
11 mins on hold before I put the phone down, then later
10 mins on hold before I put the phone down.

It seems that my WA account got fixed somehow last night. The episodes/movies were automatically grabbed and downloaded fully at 220KB/s (average) without issues when I was asleep last night.

no, but it's a good thing the fault is still open I guess :p

Then I would phone 10210 every morning 8am (I've found the wait times are less) and "escalate" the fault.

they closed the fault last night,so loged one again,if i dont come right then gonna try the call center
but lets hope for the best
and thx for the time tip, will do that

Morning Guys,

Our Team implemented a few fixes on the issues affecting mostly JHB and CPT so you should see a massive improvement. If you still having issues please give our support team a call so they may investigate it.

Can someone from WA please go check on ticket #2211779?

It is.with regards to upgrading to a 20Mb line and support emails are severely lacking...

Hi Bursty-dude,

I have asked one of our Seniors to call Telkom directly to see if we can get your line upgraded to 20mbps. We will be in touch shortly.

They want to get paid but don't answer tickets, If I get bombed out of the account, I may not even bother carrying on with them. ****ty customer service.

Any idea what caused the issue last night? Since 8pm my internet was at 3Mbps on a 40Mbps line, was like that until 9 o clock this morning to which I switched to my other account blasting at 36Mbps. Was just curious if this will happen over the weekend ?

I might have to look at a new ISP for the new year.
As I understand it the 120GB will give me another 120GB from 00:00 . Would have preferred 150 + 150.

The 200 GB is a bit too expensive for my budget.

My questions are:
Can part of the 120GB that is available for daily use, be used if the 120GB midnight cap have been exhausted?

I would prefer not to depend on top ups.

I prefer uncapped accounts.
Once again, due to price considerations, I'm only looking at the Home uncapped.

The 4Mbps is about what I need.

My exchange doesn't support 10Mbps and I assume there is no real reason to subscribe to that or does line speed equal more bandwidth, compared to 4Mbps?

Where can I read an explanation regarding the Home uncapped system, like how the star system work?

Advice appreciated.
Thx

This is just about where my monthly usage sit.
