For your reply , Don't Think WA is going to do much as there is no issues to day on the account.

Tested all the links i had issues with all download 100% Full speed.

Somethings up. Getting max 150kbps on WA. After I switched to Afrihost I'm getting 396kbps. Oh, its a 4mbit line.

I'm leaving WA....just TOO many "line-connection hassles...Far as i know, SAIX is actually TELKOM...so my mind tells me to rather go to telkom...what do you guys think? ( i like the SAIX backbone )

Yeah bin having the same issues for last 3 weeks, heavy lag whether being throttled or not, during all hours.
Incorrect data tracking, all the supposed 'free' download plus usage counting towards my usage.

Could be that midnight here in SA, means the guys in America is waking up and starting to use the Net? ( only my thoughts...)

Because the 12-6 doesn't count towards your data me and most of the guys I know schedule our downloads to start at 12.
