Our internet is dead. Anyone else? We're in Cape Town.

That's pretty good if you're on a 384 Kbps line, not so on 1 Mbps or higher :p
 
Couldn't take it any more, I need my TG some time tonight. Switched to Afrihost and it's full speed.
 
Somethings up. Getting max 150kbps on WA. After I switched to Afrihost I'm getting 396kbps. Oh, its a 4mbit line.
 
I'm leaving WA....just TOO many "line-connection hassles...Far as i know, SAIX is actually TELKOM...so my mind tells me to rather go to telkom...what do you guys think? ( i like the SAIX backbone )
 
Yeah bin having the same issues for last 3 weeks, heavy lag whether being throttled or not, during all hours.
Incorrect data tracking, all the supposed 'free' download plus usage counting towards my usage.
 
As soon as midnight hit then speeds start to suck. Noticed this every day since Friday.

Because the 12-6 doesn't count towards your data me and most of the guys I know schedule our downloads to start at 12.

How are things looking today?
For the guys who have posted about issues after midnight and FreeZone data being included in everyday usage - have you contact support about this yet? If you have, drop me a PM with your account details and the ticket ref # and I'll have things looked into.
 
wtf, trying to use my 1 gig unshaped account for WOW, can't even stay connected for more than 30 seconds!!!
