Last time I said that I was pushed to get business-adsl.

Yes cause we all have R2k+ a month to spend on business ADSL products that are designed to run an office with lots of people in it not 1 person working from home on a 10Mbps line with a capped package specifically cause of shaping on the uncapped packages and 10Mbps uncapped being completely unaffordable.

I WAS FORCED TO PAY 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE EVEN THOUGH WA KNOWS MY LINE IS UP-TO-MAGGITS ON THEIR SERVERS...DO YOU GUYS THINK ITS FAIR THAT I PAY FOR A SERVICE ( IN ADVANCE), EVEN THOUGH THEY "KNOW" I'M AT RIGHT HERE??

Morning guys,

We are investigating the network issues as I'm posting this. Unfortunately our office connection is also affected, hence my delay in letting you guys now. I'll keep you posted to any developments.

You've got until the 20th or 24th iirc to cancel, as per their very generous T&C's.
