We may have a little problem here...
Your connection scored only 39% of your hosts average. This does not always mean that you're in bad shape. Our knowledge of hosts averages derive from the previous 30 days tests ran from a given provider. If the Internet package that you pay for happens to be slower than most people on your ISP then you will get this message.

Wow, from these threads it seems that WA is haemorrhaging their uncapped clients something fierce.
Morning guys,
Very strange reading through these posts this morning, networking monitoring is showing 100% and asking a few of the guys around the office - their connections where fine last night.
Did anyone contact Support about this, get tracert's, known sites that are slow etc etc?
Regardless, I'll have this escalated onto our Networking guys to investigate what happened last night - there might be an explanation on the slow speeds experienced here. Before I do this though, I'll need a bit of info from you guys. Please PM me the following and I'll have things escalated for you:
- Please set the subject line as Slow ADSL so I know what's what.
- Customer Code
- What time did you notice the slow speeds?
- What was slow? Downloads, browsing, streaming etc.
- Account Type. Uncapped, Home ADSL, Business ADSL etc.
- Any other relevant info. Tracert's, speedtests, ping times etc.
Because a lot of guys have had issues, I will most likely not be able to reply to all the PM's. I promise, I've got it and read all of them
Everything is being addressed in due time. Because the Online Team doesn't work 24/7 - we can't always get to things as they're posted.

Ouch... throttled to 15-40KBps.
Thanks, just cancelled my account. This was the nail on the head combined with the unplayable-factor for online games.
Oh, I can't even do that....
