I noticed another thing, when on WA I keep having to pause and resume the SWToR patcher to get it to download the last couple of KB's of every patch whereas when I'm using a proper ISP this doesn't happen.
Sounds like you're having trouble with being able to start and not finish
I must say I never had that problem with WA.
I have a ticket logged with Telkom and have spoken to support a few times, but WA over last few days has been shocking for me. Today have not been able to stream youtube; internet radio has buffered; could not load speedtest; browsing really slow; file DL from youtube stopped.
Connect to Afrihost account; file DL going full steam and DL'ed in a few minutes; speedtest loads; youtube works fine etc etc.
I am sorry but WA you guys are having issues and trying to blame Telkom is really frustrating - if it was Telkom, then Afrihost would be giving me same issues

Hi WAJeff, I sent through a PM a few days ago as per requested and haven't received a response yet.
I'm still have troubles with Google services. (gmail, youtube).
Very bad experience here. When i signed up two months ago for the 1mb uncapped i was very impressed but there has been a steady decline and has got to the point where i will move to another ISP at the end of the month if things don't improve. Video streaming eg. Youtube is non existant, gaming is erratic and it takes forever to log into services such as steam. Can't blame the line since my capped account with another ISP has no problems. Terrible terrible service, recommend staying away.

I have bad news for you...you can't move to a new ISP at the end of the month as Webafrica have a 1 calendar month cancellation policy and it appears they won't make any exceptions, no matter how unhappy you are with their service.
If you cancel today, which would be advised, you will only be able to move at the end of June, unless you are willing to pay for 2 ISP's at a time.
I'm sure exceptions can be made in certain instances.
