Well, now that Afrihost has bettered the Titan special I'm on and don't have ludicrous topup rates...

Not sure about others but trying to browse the net on a 6 meg line with WA, yet what I am experiencing would make most ISP's 384 lines look slow.

Browsing is beyond frustrating and it is Sunday night :(

I wonder when WA will actually start to do something about their problems? I guess part of the problem is that they are like a person who is an alcoholic, yet will never admit it so they never change - in fact things just get worse with time. Man up WA to your problems, and start the road to recovery!!

Today alone - that I am aware of - I have lost my connection 4 or 5 times. Have reported to support, and they seem to say it is telkom. Anyway really annoying and hope it will get sorted. Have never had it this bad before :(

This is exactly the issue. WA keeps wanting to shift blame when people have reported that the connections only drop like this on WA accounts. How can it be a Telkom issue if so many WA clients across the country is experiencing the exact same thing?

WA is underhanded. They want to deal with issues in the hush-hush and love shifting blame, and the only reason I can think of for this is that they don't want their customers knowing how widespread their issues are.

This is exactly the issues I have been experiencing. I actually thought my telkom line was buggered. Seems not.

Pleased to hear I am not the only one - sorry that there are others in the same boat as me.

I have learnt in the past that once there seem to be enough voices, then oh, maybe we have a problem. But I do agree, it takes a lot for WA to admit the fault it theirs. Very annoying

Oh, like with the packet loss on gaming? WA still hasn't done anything wrt that (and many people complained) ;) :p

It happens often to me, been saying it for months .. just cannot trust the connection.

Well i have just cancelled mine im fed up with all the excuses, use this account etc.
