Sorry it has to be 10Mbps, I can't go back to anything slower without chewing my own wrists off.

Oh I've made it to 1 minute in the video after buffering for 10 or so minutes.

It's not my line or exchange that's the issue, if I switch to my back Afrihost account everything flies.

Openweb has unshaped 50GB for R398... that's the cheapest I know of.

been haveing endless isssue's with my account on the phone with them now and was told to discount the Session they testing the account.....

That sucks, I was getting 370 ping on D3.

well the only account i know similar to that would be the 'Afrigamer' but its only 35gb for R300

When this starts happening the only thing that works is going to https://dsl.webafrica.co.za/authentication.html and do a DISCONNECT ALL.

Of course I have reported this, but support says there's nothing wrong. That's why I hardly ever bother reporting a problem with this useless company.

For me it is the MyBB special, but I am joining MWeb with their 1 meg uncapped

I reckon you'll love the Mweb 1mb. I moved from a OW Gold account (not crap by any standards) to Mweb and based on what I'm used to, Mweb 1Mb is still an amazing product.

My one includes ADSL line and bandwidth. I have a 6 meg line with WA, so when all goes well, DL's are great. Have had the trial MWeb account and browsing is better, and that is big for me. It will also mean I will be able to DL HD files without worrying too much about cap

Whenever a complaint goes up somewhere WA jumps to try and save their public image, but they don't ever actually fix the issues unless someone throws their toys out of the cot.

From the 16th. But everyone (every single person except for one, who uses OW Gold) I know is using Mweb. Either 1Mb or 4Mb and they all advised me to go Mweb.

So you still a freshling hey. haha. Well I am considering it now after reading up about it. My only concern is that everything starts off well and then after 3 months MWEB decides that you are 'abusing' the system and then shape or throttle you to hell. I have never really exceeded 40 gb per month at Webafrica. Probably average around 35 gb and I don't think this is unreasonable on a 1 mb line is it?
