The packet loss on both the tracert's and increased latency on the first trace on hop 8 says it all, Level3.net being useless as always.
 
Here's proof that it's only WA that's having latency issues with D3:

WA fix your draconian shaping to allow D3 to work. Please I still have to deal with your crap network until the end of June.

Will have a chat with our Networking Team to see if we can see anything out of the ordinary in JHB. Overall our network looks 100%. Can the guys who are having issues please list what sites are problematic and what account type you have. Will help in our investigation. Don't need any tracert's.

Regarding latency on Diablo 3 - we're aware of the increased latency. Looks like different protocols are being used which seems to conflict our bandwidth prioritisation. Since the games launch we've been looking at solutions for this and will continue to do so until we're sorted :)

I had problems with sites hosted in the mtn datacentre, allthough those seem to finally resolved (Allthough they were intermittent and might still be there)

sites like www.myadsl.co.za etc

redafrica till the end of june after that don't know who is gonna be the lucky ISP

There's still some unusual latency to MyBB though but the pages are loading a lot faster than the last couple of days.

my 2.5gb windows8 preview download just failed at 1.6gb after downloading through the whole night...this usually happens after speeds drop to much (if I'm not mistaken...):cry:

None so far, seemed to sort out last night around 8pm? Wednesday and most of Thursday however were terrible.

Get a download manager such as "Free Download Manager".

@WAJeff - this morning I didn't have any issues.
