Exactly my point. You're trying to use an irrelevant piece of info to discredit a valid piece of info. How clever of you.
No matter which ISP I'm with, getting < 50kb/s download speeds on international on a saturday evening on a home uncapped account that is on 5 stars is pathetic. My ISP, who is **** but who I'm only with because they've placed me on an unshaped account, does not make an inkling of difference to the performance of the WA account. OpenWeb is ****, and so is WA.

I've been on Web Africa Business for a while now and super happy.
I saw in another thread that you're on 10Meg and do 600GBs a month. If you can schedule at least half of that for after hours, then the account will work for you.
You can even test account for the R1 as they're running a special:

Obtuse? Because we were struggling to get a 60mb Dota 2 update downloaded on a 4meg Home Uncapped on 5 stars with 11GB used for the month, while the WA capped account downloaded it within seconds?
Chevron, I think you need to open a dictionary and look at what the word obtuse means. It's more applicable to you than me in this situation.

I have a problem with a specific game, now at first me and the webafrica team thought it was a issue with my uncapped, but after our Dslam got upgraded and the congestion went away now I can see that this specific game is being shaped, all other steam games are fine except for this one.
Please take a look at the port and provide feedback.
