Web Africa ADSL general feedback

normal surfing is faster

but youtube is slow keeps buffering
and steam wont go more than 300kb/s

speedtest and tracert are normal :/

My Twitch.tv and YouTube are fantastic! Maxing my line speed out when streaming YouTube and no buffering from Twitch.

Have you contacted our support team so they can assist? Also do a speedtest and trace route test at the time of the issue and send it onto our support team.

They can take a look.

I also had this but then I saw that my Windows was updating as well as Steam so I was like "oooooooh that's why I don't have full speed" :D
 
My internet has slowed to a crawl. Streaming any video service is basically out of the question, even 144p! on youtube needs buffering.

So. I'm not sure if this is because I'm a little bit in the red, but these are the results I'm getting :( I don't like it. How long does it usually take for an account to go back to green?
 
Is anyone having trouble with Web Africa with downloading torrents? Seems to be completely blocked for me, going at an oh-so-wonderful speed of 1KB/s, despite all my other traffic going full line speed.
