Thanks for the reply. What size capped account are you using? Do you think the 120+450 account would be enough for everyday viewing?

Hi Yenolo,

Try the 120GB anytime + 480GB (from midnight – 6am) first and see if it's going to be enough. You can always upgrade to a higher package but for downgrades - they need to be submitted before or by the 20th of every month.
 
Hi WA,

Please check why I can't stream Sky News (http://news.sky.com/watch-live) via Hola Unblocker. Worked fine on Afrihost. Since I switched to WA a few days ago I haven't been able to stream Sky at all. Other streams like from twit.tv are fine though.

Edit: ADSL Business Capped.

When I did get through Jody told me he was there at 06:00, but I called three times all with the same response. After 07:00 I eventually connected with him. He promised feedback but am still waiting

How much can you do in DL+ hours and work backwards. Maybe you can get away with a 60 + 240 account - this way you would save some R's

I would rather start with a smaller cap as it is easier to upgrade than to downgrade / cancel

That will obviously depend on your usage. I mostly use my 60GB account for downloading e.g. Steam games

I've replied to your PM and investigated this issue and our lines were open since 6 am - so this is very odd. We're going to monitor this issue. Nevertheless, sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Downloading from news servers at 120 KBs on my 10 meg line

I have used 40% of my cap for the month

Poor show WA
 
Maybe it's just me but it seems that Windows Updated is shaped on WA Business Uncapped during business hours.
 
Quick one is thier a problem with emails today getting wierd too many SMTP conections try later ??

Ok working again must be month end lol

I use both

Well, started DL tonight and it was running at about 200 KB/s and I started getting angry with WA again. Then I thought maybe a router reset and now running close to full speed with some dips.

My apologies to WA for blaming them without restarting my router. Hopefully all good now and no more hassles :)
 
1st of the month and flying along at 90KB/s on my 10 meg line :(

Seems like this is the new normal:confused:
 
Packet loss, poor ping performance over the weekend on Dota 2, hope those upgrades kick in sooner than later.
 
Tonight I am flying along at 165 KB/s; feels like I am on a capped accounts that is on one or two stars. What I should be able to DL in an hour is scheduled to take over 6 hours

Sent a ticket to support on Saturday; received an automated response and nothing since then

Poor speeds and no support :(
