Whats amusing is these patches trickle downloaded over 3/4 weeks.
 
Speed is slow today. And it could be like this for 2 weeks according to WA site. I think I will downgrade my line till this fixed, no point paying for a fast line that is slower than the cheap line.

WA are just poking in the dark, they dont actually know whats wrong.

maybe stop doing windows updates and downloading WOW patches :)

but in all seriousness.. mine is dog slow.. download from hotfile... 12kb/s switch to my telkom account.. same download 85kb/s
 
Hey guys,

Are there still issues this morning? We've noticed a lot less calls, tickets and forum posts surrounding latency - looks much better than last week and yesterday.
Something that has popped up here however are some international issues and timeouts. An example here

Any feedback here is much appreciated :)

Im not using WA anymore, so i cant comment on speed. Perhaps people stopped downloading wow patches ;)
 
My ping and jitter and much improved, as are up and download speeds, yet for whatever reason, most web pages - local and international take ages to load, and I have to more often than not, refresh the page 2, 3 times before it will will eventually load. Here are this morning's tracert results:

Well it's better at the moment but I'm still only getting 0.9 Mb/s on my 10 meg line, so I'm still not a happy customer.
 
Having major browsing issues on webafrica, but mostly to mybb. Most other sites aren't affected. Pages just don't load and end up loading for 2mins+ before I close them and give up.

On a different ISP now just so I can browse mybb.

So much for premium bandwidth...
 
I can confirm the slow page loads, I had to refresh this page a few times before I could even see it.
 
I'm almost at the end of my rope here with WA. They're lucky I've paid a month in advance, otherwise I'd be gone already. This is getting pathetic now
