Web Africa going uncapped finally

I've been a client of WA for more that 5 years already, however it does seem like things are going downhill. Everytime I have a problem I immediately get frustrated as I know it is going to be a huge issue to get resolution.

I've had slow response on my line for the last 3 days without any resolution, even though it has been reported 2 on the WA homepage as being resolved. Well, my problem has not been resolved and it is getting very annoying as my wife works from home and has a lot of documents that has to be sent back and forth. 3G is costing me a fortune at the moment and it just is not acceptable anymore.

The funny thing is that I can access the WA homepage but not the WA forums or MyBroadband. I wonder why??

I am seriously considering moving to a different ISP. Any suggestions?

Capped/uncapped? How much do you use on average?

Openweb GOLD.

I stand to be corrected; both these providers utilise IS as local backbone and the resolution time of faults and frequency of faults on the IS network is far too high, therefore I prefer the Cybersmart network (www.trltech.co.za - lower rates) as the local latencies are around the 8ms - 13ms mark (Cape Town) and the bandwidth is unshaped at all hours and with very few issues.

Regards

Michael
