@ entrepr, all you need to do is contact our sales department: [email protected] and they will walk you through the process, very little is required from your side. This process is completely seamless yes![]()

..and so if the Complete packages are a good value for money, the top-ups @R70/GB must be where WA is making the money; when for R39/GB from Afrihost still trumps this deal.

Kyron, I just phoned your sales dept. and they told me the new DSL Complete packages are only avaialble from 1 March and that I should phone back then - serious ?
Wow, must be some sort of bile producing flu going around... *cough cough*
I must say i havnt bothered to change away from WA simply because im lazy, and i couldnt really care less. Unfortunately i think this may make me a prime example of why they think they can try this. Ive been with them for about 3 or 4 years now, and i havent had any problems, and theyve been quite competitive for a long time. I would like to ask what theyve done with my R20k ive given them over that time, and whether they think that im going to continue to just give them money even after they slap me in the face with the massive bollocks they must have for trying to pull this off. I hear their argument that they cant do both at the same time, and i call FOUL. Really? you managed to set up your network to support us leeching it dry with your trial accounts, and you have the audacity to whine that you cant drop prices for the complete and BW packages at the same time. Shame on you sir, shame. These days, the "mom and pop" that you keep on mentioning are becoming more and more tech savvy, and the simple process of buying things online etc has become quite commonplace (my mother is the least technical person ive ever met, and she managed to get and afrihost account this afternoon after i told her without even a call to me asking for help... -1 customers from my word of mouth and counting.). Your added value services are simply a marketing ploy to have more things to pull over our eyes while you attempt to become yet another money oriented, customer exploiting corporate machine. Even your WAGE system seems to be ineffective, even on RIG we see more regular cod4 players than i see on wage. In the past you have had the image of the cunning rogue, swinging in with a cape made of cheap bandwidth, a cutlass of innovation and forward thinking clenched between your teeth, now you are simply a boring desk jockey, wearing a grey suit stiched from line-tie-ins, with a plain grey tie woven from a fabric of majority-consumer-ignorance driving a plain grey BMW. This change shall not go unnoticed. Your followers will not ignore this snubbing.
In closing, like everyone else i call you to rethink your policy of selling yourself on the corner to pay for your network mammary enhancements, they are unneeded. We are simple to please people, some cheap bw, a little stability, one or two extra services. I shall be moving my dsl bw from your clutches, and will move on to the newest "take from the rich to give to the poor" isp, until the time when you come out of your delusions of grandeur, realize that youve alienated your strongest supporters, and once again assume your position of a powerhouse for the people.
PS: i must say your hosting packages are nice tho ;-)
Krayon. I agree with the majority that the stand-alone bundles are a disappointment. However the combined 384 package looks good.
How do we get to move across from M-Web? (which is costing me over R200/m for the same thing). Do you organise a seamless switch from their service to yours?
