Web Based Debtors Management Solution Needed

Hi guys

Do any of you guys know of an open source web based Debtors program that i can run on a centos / nix server to manage our clients ?

Are you looking specifically for a program to manage debtors or something bigger (like an ERP or maybe web-based accounting package)?

Bambooinvoice if you only want to manage client contacts and do invoicing. You can generate invoices to pdf and email directly from the application and generate reports.

It is not in active developement anymore and support documents are hard to find. I couldn't get it to work in apache 2.4 which is included since Ubuntu 14.04. I had it running in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS without issue.

The only gripe i have with the program is the invoice template, i keep getting clients paying on subtotal amounts or total ex vat because they don't read the invoice properly. I've gone so far as to include the invoice total in the email subject line but no dice.

This sounds like something that you should rather develop in house. Get a developer with php/js experience otherwise you will most likely have issues with the program not doing exactly what you require.

Don't know about that but it sure is extremely annoying. I'm moving to Gnucash for now, hopefuly it goes better.

try Wave Accounting? Good for invoicing and such, but not for credit card processing.

Sage One (Pastel My Business Online)..

It's a hosted package so You can can't it yourself.. I'm using it for one of my companies and it costs around 1500 per year.
