2 - 5 years is pretty much "starting out" level if you ask me. Alot of people pad their university years of freelancing around campus to their experience and suddenly you get people with 4 years experience who haven't actually worked at a company for longer than 6 months.

Is nice to see salary, well done OP. Although I enjoy 'market related' job adverts, and believe a person should know their worth, and then negotiate that when the appropriate time comes. You'd be surprised how much leverage you have if you've proven yourself during the interview and they want you.

Who waits 2 weeks. 48 hours tops.
I got contacted after a month of nothing for a position once - "we're shortlisting the candidates now." Utterly ridiculous. I had already been offered and accepted a position elsewhere, but really, a month is unacceptable.
Although perhaps their first choice candidates fell through and I was second/or worse choice...I'll accept that possibility.

I applied. I have nothing to loose right?
Nope, but perhaps just tighten up a bit though.
