Web Page Does Not Load Completely On mY Laptop

Hi guys.
I can't find a solution to thyis anywhere.
wordpress site http://thebook.mylifemyafrica.org loads incompletely on my laptop, but it loads fine for everyone else.
I have tried Firefox, IE and Chrome;
I have cleared cache and cookies, reset, refreshed;
I have disabled firewall and antivirus.
But still I have no solution

Not sure how to upload a Jpg so you can see what I get.
But basically the page formatting is off: Header is misaligned, everything else that should be part of a Wordpress template format is displayed as plain text.

Any ideas?
