We supply a Gigabity Cudy WiFi 6 router. Nothing on your setup there.

I got Gigabit Fibre, but still only got the cheapy tenda from long time ago. can i can ask for a newer one perhaps?

Is there speed issues or connection issues from early evening to overseas or something?

My IPtv stop working when on Websquad but works fine if i switch to my Cellphone. (using phone as a hotspot or direct from Phone by switching my Wifi off on my phone <using it's own 3G/4G basically>)

Was actually going to try the same thing of putting OpenWRT on the Edgerouter X. I tried on a Mikrotik but it was a bit pap. Intel works a treat but the price is a lot higher!

We only provide one free to use router, you can reach out to our team for other options and their costs.

No capacity issues this side, could be a bad return path, or FNO related issues. Have you logged a ticket?

OpenWRT has some amazing capabilities, but, like Mikrotik, has more tools available than the hardware supports at times. Never tried it on a Tik, but busy playing with it on Cudy routers and is running very well.

Depends on your signup package. For 100 Mbps+, we do Gigabit capable routers. The latest toys Cudy have released support WiFi6, Gigabit ports and AX3000 (https://www.cudy.com/productinfo/1637722.html)

Do ISP migrations on Octotel happen on public holidays like today or must I wait until tomorrow?

My old ISP cut me off during the night and now I'm waiting to be switched to Web Squad, but nothing yet.

Ps. The old ISP placed a cancellation request early in December and Norah did a migration order on the 27th, so everything should be in place.

Anyone that is doing serious gaming should use OpenWRT because it will make a difference to their experience as it has the latest Linux kernel with excellent queue management.

What Cudy router are you using? I'd like to give it a go on that as well.

Octotel typically are available to assist, however on a day like today with skeleton staff it can be slower - and we only have email correspondence with them today. I can see your order has been submitted to Octotel. I'll ask our team to follow up and provide any feedback received.
