We've picked up that one of our BNGs was causing some issues earlier. The team has made some changes to configs there and it appears to be stable. We will keep monitoring it.

JHB Update: This BNG is continuing to be problematic. Our team is moving services to alternate BNGs - please be patient, this may take a little while.

Logged a ticket and they sorted it out. was fault on websqaud and moved it to another device and seems to be working now. Thanks for the awesome support
 
So since last week there has been weirdness with vumatel cpt northern suburbs, I almost want to call it micro disconnects.

Chatted to other friends, also in Vuma but different various ISPs and they are experiencing the same.

Any insight?

Nothing reported or on the Vuma NWI board. Seen similar in JHB Parklands 1 last year. Would need to be logged, and MTRs/Pingplotter provided. Then we can escalate accordingly

Did I miss something with speeds/packages on Octotel changing?
I see the prices/packages on the site are different to what I got billed this month.
Did something go wonky or did the pricing change very recently?

Hi @websquadza , today is the last day with my current ISP before I move over to you guys.
How much downtime should I expect and is there anything I can do on my side to decrease said down time? :)

I'm on vumatel (aerial) and I've received my router that came configured with pppoe details.

All good, billing is as I expect it to be, I think I'm just seeing the new prices/speeds on the website.

I'm on vumatel (aerial) and I've received my router that came configured with pppoe details.
Ok so we just need the line to be released. Our team will be on hand tomorrow to push through orders and deal with any potential issues. As soon as your current service goes off, you can plug in your new router. As soon as the service is provisioned, you will come online.

Broadband light went off with the old ISP's pppoe details. Changed to my new details and all lights on the ONT are green, it even says connected on the router's dashboard but no Internet.

Still facing some issues but I'm basically up and running now.

This intermittent loss is annoying, I thought it would clear up after 2 days or something but it's been like this since migrating to you guys. Can't use GeForce Now properly since the loss results in dropped frames and choppy audio. Valorant is a pain as well, basically anything UDP related is cooked for me.

Might just be me who's facing this so any idea what's happening? @websquadza
