No need to log it- Vuma is on it. According to the NWI, techs should be at the pop anytime before 9am. Hopefully a quick restore.

All sorted, looks like it was back @ 09h35.

Vumatel have a NWI for this fault in florida. Looks like damaged fibres, technicians are still re-splicing. 144 and 72 core fibre damaged and being repaired.

Having major connectivity issues this morning. Line remains up but is "dead" for a couple minutes at a time.

Seems to be something West Rand related on Reflex. Both Vuma Aerial and Evotel in the surrounding areas. We're investigating further

Vuma Springs off again.
Reboot router and Ont. No success.
Don't know if they are doing maintenance.

Seems to be a break, NWI already logged by Vumatel and techs investigating.
