If it's being resolved by a reboot, it's more likely a router issue. Reboot of the router wouldn't fix an FNO issie. Log a ticket with support and they will assist in diagnosing the issueHi.
Internet has been wonky since yesterday - occasionally dead until the router is restarted.
Is this a know issue?

Depending on the size of your complex, DFA isn't feasible. Their port costs are simply too high for this application. I've followed up with the team on both Openserve (crickets) and the alternative (not FF) - alternative is just working on a feasibility and will respond ASAP.I have DFA running within 50m from my apartment block. As a last resort, is it possible to get a single line in and then for our resident network engineer to set up internal infrastructure?
Full on enterprise connection be overkill since SLA is not critical and most residents are at work during the day.

Called in at 12:30 today to report my home internet being down. It's now 6pm, no ticket reference, no email, no feedback and my link is still down.
Agent I spoke to said there was area maintenance done by Vumatel and that he'd report it, however confirmed with my neighbours also on Vumatel, their internet is fine.
Just logged into my customer portal on mobile data and I still do not see a ticket.
Please can you escalate? I believe the person I spoke to was Sihle (I could be getting the name wrong).
Also called in at 17:53 again, pressed 1 for technical support and the call was dropped.
Really not in a happy space at the moment regarding my experience with this fault.

No notices from Octotel this side yet, but sounds like a backhaul issue if the light is green on the ONT (this means you have a connection to the local OLT). Please open a ticket with support.Anyone else down since a few mins ago?
