it comes back every time, but after 5~10 minutes.

Our logs show a single request coming from you for each connection, which successfully authenticates each time. Please enable a DHCP client on your router so it can bind to a test IP (don't enable default route, DNS or NTP). I want to ping that IP to see if your line is dropping

I think it's done. Sent screenshot on support before seeing the reply here. Let me know if it's set up correctly.

All looks good. Monitoring your router’s assigned IP now. Not seen any packet drops over the past 30 mins or so. Will continue monitoring. Update your ticket if/when pppoe drops please.
 
I have a similar problem. Seems like it went off in the early morning hours. Not sure what happened

Looks like a small subset of clients were affected by an error on one of our systems. This has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you are still down? I see your PPPOE session is back up?

My internet just went dead. Is there a network problem?

Implementing a permanent fix to yesterday's issue. Not network service affecting, just new connections are struggling to authenticate on the patched server. Waiting for Devs to complete one change, if not, will roll back.

My internet went down a few hours ago and have the same error I logged yesterday. I logged a new call. Any idea how long this would be?

Internet completely dead in North Riding Wvotel for over an hour?

Apologies for the delay here. Server patch successfully implemented. Apologies, PPPOE authentication was all over the place during this process. All PPPOE services restored. If you're not able to connect after a reboot of your router, please submit a ticket.
