@websquadza not sure if I am seeing ICMP filtering, but seeing some pretty bad packet loss to 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 which appears to be both the DNS servers that DHCP provides me.
Definitely making things feel very slugglish tonight, resolving pages etc times out and then retries and succeeds frequently. Will try 8.8.8.8 instead as a test.

That's exactly what I am seeing, resolving host errors when trying to load pages

Northern Subs CPT

Interesting to see both quad 9 and quad 1 traffic running via JINX (usually on NAP). Looks like an issue on our JINX port. We've drained JINX from our network until we can get to the bottom of it.

edit: I see neither Cloudflare (quad 1), nor quad 9 are announcing in CPT.

It's been a roller coaster ride for cloudflare for weeks now. During the day early mornings they announce in all regions. Around 3pm or so gone. 1.1.1.1 goes too jhb only and everything except enterprise gets the boot out of SA. Super annoying.
 
Can’t get to 90% of sites now, can’t ping 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 or this site.

It’s rare, but extremely frustrating experience tonight

I've let accounts know about this. Apologies.
this is a wierd one, first time i tried to pay, it failed ( zapper- daily pos limit, fixed) second time, payment shows as sucsessful on zapper, and on the screen , but the invoice still shows as unpaid ( usually updates immediately?)

Websites struggling to load. Vuma trenched CPT

Issue has been resolved. Slightly over eager DDOS protection dropped some traffic from these trusted sources for Cape Town prefixes. We sorted this out. Should be able to use these DNS servers again.

Odd, the Payfast system hooks generally work well. Accounts will check what happened and resolve this - should be quick and simple.

Do you still have that portal where we can see our total bandwidth for the month.
Last i recall i couldn't access it anymore.
 
We do, should still be accessible on the same credentials as last time. Let me know if you can't access it?
