I know we currently have all queue management disabled on your line from all the testing we did and that PTP IP while troubleshooting Octotel’s faults. Can you try switch over to PPPoE again? This will enable the queues on your line and manage your traffic from our side- let’s see if there’s any improvement.

Much the same. Hovers around 18-19MB/sec, caps out at upper 19's. International multi-threaded speed test considerably worse though:

That would help if the rate limiting was being policed as with PPPoE its is easier to shape to the correct values. Do they apply policing on the ONT?

How close to 200 are you achieving on the tests?

Testing at 180M is impressively clean (0.1% loss with the occasional result above 1%) - far more than it was in the past - suspect the recent maintenance work in the area improved things there quite a bit.

From 190M up the PL starts to increase quite noticeably.

I also see the same so I clamp at the lower speed as stability is more important than throughput. I suspect the problem is the policer used by the FNO isn't that flexible/satisfactory.

Something is very poked heading to the UK

Keep timing out to a rust server i play on, for about a minute at a time

There is something odd going on indeed, but very intermittent destinationwise

Morning all, was waiting for some confirmation on here. There was some maintenance on the one WACS path between 5 and 7am this morning. Was meant to be hitless but it seems that some routes were leaked via peering with common upstreams and provided a null return route. We've identified which peers are leaking routes and have null exported to them (IE they can pick up our IPs in london) in the meanwhile. We've also reached out and asked them to fix their @#%$@#$.

That latency and jitter in the first test says it all. Not sure why speedtest.net doesn't show the same. Please log a ticket for a line fault (also run an MTR and add to the ticket, but should be seeing some substantial packet loss for results like that).

No packet loss here. Pings are all over the place but no packet loss lol

Seeing a few dropped packets here and there, but pings are having a party apparently
