On my laptop, if I use 2.4ghz, I see 150mb speed connection, if I use 5ghz, I see 433mb speed connection.

It depends on your wifi receiver aswell as a good wifi router AFAIK.

And the websquad lite is to 200mbps so how are you getting close to 400mbps on a London speed test?
