Yeah, wanted to say that the B315 doesn't have gigabit ethernet ports (or at least the 936 model that I have) like Waylander already pointed out.
Googling it, I found that it says "Ethernet connections are no longer bottlenecks. The B315 delivers maximum speeds of LTE CAT4 150 Mbps through its Gigabit Ethernet port." (https://consumer.huawei.com/za/smart-home/b315/).
Although, it doesn't really say if the WAN port or which port for that matter is a gigabit capable, maybe its a typo on their site.
You'll need to get a router with gigabit ethernet ports or you won't see anything higher than 100mbps. I bought a Tp-Link Archer C2 for about R800 last year as it was one of the cheapest gigabit ethernet port routers I could find.
So i think i figured it out.Don't know.
