You mentioned you have a hosted server?
What speeds do you get on rclone from it?
Trying to get rclone to max the line speed. It hits 40Mps but then settles at around 20.
When i used to have all my stuff at Hetzner Germany i used to max out the connection when using RClone.

I max the server when bouncing the traffic via Cloudflare and do about 450-500Mbit when doing multi-thread SFTP, I don't use rclone unfortunately.

If you're asking about Google Drive, uploads need to be sent in larger chunks, I wrote about this somewhere in my post history. For downloads, if the file is cached at Teraco, it comes down at line speed, if it's not cached, it's a lot slower.

All I did was test every WiFi channel until I found one that works best for me. What works for me might not work for you so you’ll have to do it by trial and error like I did ;)
 
Where the hell are you getting your torrents from to be hitting those speeds? I seem to only find the poorly seeded stuff, even on private trackers lol
