Evening. Working on this. Looks like an upstream issue. Tried multiple transit providers with same results.

My pings to to UK and EU are still pretty high, but things are back to normal stability wise. Spent the last 6 hours streaming a seminar to UK restream, less than 1% packet loss which is basically perfect.
