@websquadza , I changed over to WebSquad this morning on the 1000/100 package. Everything was extremely smooth and a very pleasant experience.

That doesnt make much sense, were you testing to our local servers or international servers?I'd find another local iperf to test off first. Perhaps @websquadza should set one up.
I set one up at Hetzner in JHB and pulled my max line speed but can't get more than 10Mbit (results are in past posts somewhere) to cool ideas one...
Also @Waylander the packet loss that was showing in those tests we ran seems to be a fault with CISP, since I had 0 to 0.001% across different tests at different times of the day on the Hetzner one I setup (forgot to mention that). The issue seems to be related to windows tcp frame sizes according to @websquadza
Been trying to get a server price list out of them for many weeks lolI wonder if Web Squad would consider doing VPS/small dedis on 1Gbit ports but with limits on international traffic like they do on Vumatel. Does anyone know of any local hosts doing that?
A 1Gbit port at Teraco with 100Mbit of international transit would be amazing!
Oh lorty lort!

I’m in JHB, not sure what ping to expect. I was more focused on my download and upload speed lol.
Should be about 160

Well it seems the Speedtest app isn’t always accurate. Every time you run it you get a different result lol.
I would definitely take lower latency over higher speed. I’ve canceled cisp and changing here on the first, so watching for any problems .
Ah ok fair enough, makes sense. But as you can see my latency is fine![]()
