@websquad, could you perhaps assist, I’m trying to help my cousin quick, she’s having a POW wow with Telkom , she canceled her dsl , and they suspended her fiber pppoe account with the Adsl , and they being stuuuupidly slow in resolving this issue ,

Can I perhaps somehow purchase a month pppoe Access ( or even a 7 day one) just to buy a few days while Telkom gets thier **** sorted

@websquadza sent you a ticket already, but am currently experiencing the loss of connectivity every few mins once again.
 
Calmed down now - seems it's one of the shorter disconnect trains.
 
@websquadza - any known issues/maintenance on Octotel at the moment? Line totally dead since around 5:30, red PON/ALM lights...wondering if it’s just me.

Morning, not seeing any network notices from Octotel. Also checked their social media pages and fairly quiet there. Our team are escalating to Octotel support.

Dual Band, Gigabit Ethernet and Native IPv6 support are requirements for our routers. At the moment, Tenda A8 (though stock can be flaky with COVID) and Totolink have models that fit the bill.
 
Any issues in the Westrand, Jhb vumatel. Lost connection but not seeing anything
