On another note, a few weeks ago there was that issue with latencies to Europe that has been sorted out, but I'm still seeing higher than normal latency to my OVH game server in Gravelines, France. It has been brought down to 151/152ms, but it is still a bit higher than before the whole Europe latency issue - which was 145ms. Wondering if there's some wonky routing going on, or if this is just the new normal behavior?

Could you by any chance send me a trace, and a reverse trace? Would be nice to see how we’re reaching this server as well as the return path.

Need some info. I did upgrade my fiber with MTS. Now I have nothing. 100/100 to 200/200.
As said now I have nothing. Blaming game Vuma cancelled my 100/100 no 200/200.
What can I do. My security is compromised no WiFi. I phoned mi ISP 3 times they will get back to me. (Vuma trenched Springs) . Who is the Holly grail here, no place to complain. Tnx all for reading.
 
One of these days I'd love to find out why my bill every month is the package amount plus a random 1 cent :)

Weird? I’m in springs ( selection park) vuma trenched and no issues

Don't know all I know from e-mails. Vuma cancelled my 100/100 and my new line 200/200 was placed with Amobia. There is a ISP with that name.
It was sorted before 9:am.

Move to Websquad :) have near to no issues with them :)

If there's testing to be done I'd also gladly help. Otherwise looking forward to the next update.
 
I've noticed that recently when the power either goes off or back on again that I'm losing the connection on my fibre for a few minutes (my side is all on backup power), this never used to happen and I assume some battery backup isn't working so hot anymore.

Who should I contact about this, must I contact Octotel directly or can I just open a ticket with the ISP?

You could try through WS or contact Octotel through their FB group for your area. Otherwise that company is like a black hole for the public to try to get in touch with directly.
