Web Squad ISP

@websquadza wtf is going on lately???
The overall experience has seen a NOTICEABLE dip?!
How so? Any particular services we can measure this against? Speed and Latency? The common thread between two complaints on this thread tonight is Vuma Aerial in JHB. So some insight as to the issue and tests done does help. Unfortunately we can't see what comes out on your end of a line.
To be honest, Websquad has been proper toilet for me for a while, worse than Cool Ideas ever was. My friends Cell C fibre line outperforms this rubbish. I’v been doing my best keeping quiet and trying to resolve via dm, but it looks like I either just get ignored or a long winded explanation with lots of big mambo jumbo words that make zero sense to me meanwhile I don’t give a rats arse. I just want it fixed.

So time to move on. Where to next, back to Cool Ideas, Cell C or what else is there. Pretty much every ISP sucks based on

Do you have any other services (besides RD and Premiumize) that you're struggling with? Or is this solely down to streaming via these platforms?

If performance to RD and Premiumize is garbage on every ISP you try, perhaps the problem lies with RD and Premiumize?

Well look at this **** - Been this way since yesterday! On LTE It works perfectly.

What game is this? And what scale are we looking at? This seems to jump from just above 0 to 1830? Or am I reading this incorrectly? Do you have an IP I can check?

Also websites in general are SUPER slow to load - local speed test is fine but look at international.

The above doesn't even load!

Here is an MTR for the IP for the snip in the previous post -

Can you please try another server than VOX? That’s completely their traffic handed over at peering and not a reflection of our transit at all. Just want to check that the results are consistent with packet loss. your MTR which shows all the packet loss between your router at hop 1 and our handover at hop 2.

I’d suggest logging a ticket with support so they can get Vumatel to check this out.

Give me an international server to speedtest to.

I know the link works. It doesn't load on my Websquad connection! Works fine from a server at the office or on lte.
I means it works from our network. Tested on a Vuma trenched line, DC and office. Which means this is down to a failed TLS connection- which can either come from that packet loss or an MTU issue. Going to tackle the most obvious (the packet loss) first. In either case, this is a last mile issue and can only be resolved by escalating a ticket to support.

Logged with support already.

@websquadza I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but:

What is the response time on a ticket?
