Where's this being monitored from? Just trying to narrow down which traffic is affected.

Connection back up. Monitoring is done by uptimerobot, didn't get to select locations on the free plan. Latency looks like it's from the US.
Also noting that I couldn't connect to my VPN server, and my backup anydesk machine was also marked as offline

BBC doesn't load any images from their CDN still, youtube same and video won't play
Reddit is also totally dead.
Quite a few other sites with the same issue as BBC, no CDN assets.
Had a brief few minutes earlier where everything appeared to work and then it died again
