Hi @Looney - thanks for your continued support and I agree, it's been a bumpy few days and we apologise for this. It's not the standard we've worked so hard to set and we are working hard to make sure this does not become a habit, and return the network to 100%.

Well on another note, since Vuma came back online I lost my 1000/500. It’s now 1000/200 just like everyone else. Oh well, was fun while it lasted. I think I was the only one that managed to fly under the radar for so long. Bastards.

@websquadza same issue again tonight. I replied to the support ticket asking if I've turned it off and on again lol

Guess Vuma is going to have to send techs out to the area to find the fault :(

Edit: also just realised it went down at the exact same time again, to the minute. Everything is resolving to 10.0.0.1 if that info is worth anything.
I'll follow up on this ticket. Definitely seems to be an area issue. We checked stats from Vuma last time this happened, and the switch you connect to still showed about 50 weeks uptime. So issue seems to be fibre related. No announcements this side, but timing sounds like maintenance.

Vuma pushed their new package profiles during November, so now on the finalised profiles it seems.

Early this morning 1 o'clock YouTube stutters? Using Cell Phone over WiFi

Vuma Trenched East-Rand
Not nice to see this.
Does Vuma have problems currently.

Still seeing this issue? Please send a ticket to support so they can investigate

evening @websquadza , is there any issue with Vuma trenched in the faaar east rand? ( springs)

noticing quiet a bit of packet loss the last bit, we notice it more on gaming than on streaming though ( various local servers for rust)

Only seeing packet loss on the last hop without losses to hops before, including within Google's network after handover on hop 6. More likely some sort of rate limiting on this particular trace and endpoint. Seeing this consistently? Do you have an iP I can look at for these gaming servers?

Apologies for the late response. Looks like host specific losses. AS36231 (64.52.81.0/24) seems to bring up loss, while testing to a number of other hosts seems clear. Do you have a reverse trace by any chance?
dont think i'd have a reverse

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing it, increased packet loss to EU (both gaming and twitch). Local and other international sites seem fine, specifically the EU.
