To me it almost seems like a DNS issue, there is a delay with loading everything, especially international traffic but when it loads it's fine (full speed) - if it loads

can you get to this?

Evening all, thanks to @ghostRgg for the heads up. Just a reminder, we don't get notifications from MyBB, even as reps. So tickets help let us know if you're seeing something. Appreciate the updates here.

It's the same vendor issue again as yesterday I'm willing to bet, you can get around it by using a ZA VPN
Yup, we just saw BGP sessions flap, we're investigating a little further.

Give us a few to see exactly what is happening and provide an update

Starting to think the same.

Support from Websquad has been terrible of late. My eu speeds are trash have been for weeks and they do nothing. When they did log it with Vuma they gave them the wrong address! So they just never came and this was 2 weeks ago!

Now my plex streaming services wont work and im being told its my isp.

Been with them for years - sad they are going the same way as most isp's go in sa.
Apologies to have you feeling this way. Your issue is down to a line issue. We are trying our hardest to get Vumatel to investigate and fix it. But it's not a cookie cutter issue, and they genuinely don't have a clue what to do. I'll ask the team to follow up first thing, and also update you.

Your connection is on an open resolver (eg. 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8). You can swap the ones allocated and see if there's any improvement.

I just changed it from the default DNS to 1.1.1.1 to test, that is why you are seeing that, changed it from the default on the router. After changing to 1.1.1.1 it appears to be better

Good to know, what was your default?

For some strange reason, my line appears to be 100/100?

Those speeds look like an ethernet port is negotiating 100 Mbps. Check if your CPE/ONT isn't perhaps synced at 100 Mbps with your router?

Strange, I could swear I edited this post confirming it's not my ethernet port since it's negotiating at 1000 Mbps and I'm on 10 Gbps SFP back to switch and router...

what should it be?
1 Gbps - so usually around 900 megs
