Like clockwork, between 12:00 and 13:00, network wonky again, Speetest ran at 4 mb on a 500 mb line and can't open my Sunsynk.net portal due to network but before I could run any tests things have restored. But something is definitly going on between 12:00 and 13:00 almost daily

Trying to find some common elements here - this issue is seemingly random, which makes it hard to pinpoint. Cache/peering traffic levels look good. Seeing increased content from Kenya, but that is Google offloading traffic themselves. Testing from this side, Vuma Trenched JHB, I get instant loads in 4K on my PC, Apple TV and phone.
Are you using standard DNS provided by DHCP/PPP?

Using 1.1.1.1 as DNS. Not using IPv6 as I have some home automation stuff I access from outside.

Do either of you have Youtube Premium? Testing a theory that the issue is that ads take time to load; leading to the delay.

Edit: Nope. not ad related. We're still investigating all options.

GGCs are offline. Feedback has been positive this morning. Any feedback this side is appreciated too. We have an open ticket with Google to check on the GGCs and confirm if all is OK with them.
