Webafrica appoints new CEO

Webafrica has announced the appointment of Sean Nourse as its new CEO, taking over from Tim Wyatt-Gunning.

Nourse is an industry stalwart, having spent 18 years at Internet Solutions in various executive positions.

Congratulations to Sean Nourse. He is an experienced executive and I am sure Webafrica will show continued growth under his leadership. Definitely an exciting time to lead an ISP.

Dimension Data can now go ahead and destroy MWEB, the same as how they destroyed Internet Solutions

Can only be good news for Webafrica. Wyatt-Gunning ran Webafrica like a used car business (only interested in sales, to the exclusion of pretty much everything else), and it showed in a multitude of ways. The company was one of the best ISPs around during the Tagg days: with someone at the helm who now seems to know what he's doing (unlike his predecessor), it stands a chance to recapture that.
