webafrica authenication issue

Every ISP has problems, TelkomInternet has been worse than this in the past. If the internet is that critical to your life you should purchase some prepaid bandwidth at other providers aswell or entire backup accounts and preferably something thats not even tied to the ADSL infrastructure.

You cant rely on only one solution if you need 100% reliability. I had 380MB left on my MTN data bundle that I simply switched to for my internet needs for today when this problem came up.

While I personally do understand where you are coming from, I also understand that you are not fully correct, by myself being a WebAfrica client since July 2006 I cannot remember once that there has been an authentication issue like this. TelkomInternet has had numerous issues in the past.

LOL lets just blame it on the cold weather and get on with life. WA have never given problems and at least they keep us updated right here on the forums, that's all we can ask for..

EDIT. International just authenticated for me now. Pity it's time for Heroes now...:D

Never thought of getting a alternative, because it never happened when I needed it. :)

I am getting authentication errors now, too.
Also, the usage web page returns a "server Error" a la IIS+.NET.
 
Ag, everyone has problems.
Lets see what happends in the next 60 minutes, and then, if nothing, we can complain.
 
Ok - autheticating - now, lets work on that usage page.

I feel sorry for the poor techie at webafrica who has too fix this!!! I know exactly how he feels as I've messed up dad's critical work laptop a few times :)
 
Headstrong, meant to ask you previously, where do you get R19 for 1GB at webafrica? Is that just a way to let someone click on your sig or what? ;)
