So I signed up in around May 2020 to a WebAfrica LTE package.
The amount including router was priced at R569.
In September/October we get upped with 10GB + 10GB = free.
This month I receive two emails. Both informing me of an increase.
One seems like a billing email error, since the increase is less than what I'm paying now.
The second says I'm getting an increase to R604.
So, in my position. I've been with them for less than a year. They decide to increase my cost with R35.
Sure, what's R35 to anyone else?
It's an issue of principle to me. They boil it down to "operational costs".
Why does my Telkom provisioned LTE service need to carry their operational costs?
They offer me no service. Nothing.
I pay each month and that's the end of the relationship.
Their support is beyond dismal, so I won't even attempt to use any of their resources there.
See the attachments.
I'm peeved. 10GB free my ass.
Are there any reps here?
