Thanks for the feedback. While not exactly where you described, I was able to locate it and it's working again.

I'll probably switch back once there's some resolution or explanation as to what is going on. I agree with Convex; I'd rather know why it's suddenly a problem.

Strange, my test returned google as the fastest, mtn doesn't even appear :wtf:

EDIT: Compiling a custom list, lets see what happens...
 
I'm a bit stunned by the performance of IS DNS 168.210.2.2 as that's what I was using (ISP assigned)!
 
I am not experiencing issues with WebAfrica. I noticed that some people mentioned changing dns. My router has been set up with unotelly dns settings, could that be the reason why everything is fine on my end?

I tried a little earlier that free gig WA account. I also use the Unotelly DNS. No joy though.
 
I changed to 8.8.8.8 for DNS when I noticed that it has a really low latency. It's weird, but I'll take it. I don't like it when network traffic gets mangled, but I expect this is with Google's consent and perhaps they even host the local fake 8.8.8.8 server.

Interesting, to say the least.
