This Webafrica 'Internet Usage Tracker Policy' login window keeps popping up since the start of the month when I try switch over to my WebAfrica connection. I put in you username and password details but it does not accept it and gives me no access. When I switch over to my other ISP connection everything works fine. What has changed that I now get this weird WA pop up window when connected to that ISP? have I missed something. Has there ben some change, and why isn't it accepting my WA username and passoword?

So waited 40min to speak to a WebAfrica support person, then another 20min on the phone with them, and they couldn't figure out what the issue is. Now need to wait until they can figure out what it is. Hope no one else is having this problem. But flip @webafrica terrible support. Sounds like something simple that you should know how to fix. I hope they get this fixed for me today. But not holding my thumbs.

While waiting to hear back from Webafrica, I created an Afrihost account. But that had issues with the Verification process. tried to contact them for an hour and no response.

Finally I created an Axxess account and I was up and running in 10 minutes.

Moral of the story don't use Afrihost or Webafrica. There are other options.

I know Axxess is apart of Afrihost, but their service was less painful to setup.

Try entering your WA ADSL Router username and password. I had the same issue yesterday.

Sorry to hear of your frustrations. But yeah, it's becoming common knowledge that WA and AH support has taken a huge downturn. You're sure to find some spicy threads if you do a search about them. I've also had a good experience with Axxess in the past.

Yeah that wasn't working. Every time I put it in the window just kept popping up. Even WebAfrica support didn't know what it was. Apparently it pops up when your Uncapped account gets suspended. But Im not even on an uncapped account, and it was the beginning of the month with new data.
