WebAfrica - NO Support

This is WebAfricas support level/capability at 9:16, every single day for the past 2 weeks after 6 - 7 minutes of waiting..and email being sent twice, getting a 'ticket" , but without any response??

"All our support agents are currently busy on other live chats. Please submit a support ticketand we will get back to you as soon as we can."

But no-one ever reverts back?
