WebAfrica said:We are here for the long-term and thus by principle do not react without comprehensive understandings. We operate off data, not trends, and are certainly not going to slap something together to satisfy short-term pressures. We stand for quality and reliability and unless we can guarantee these we will never commit ourselves down a path that may compromise this for our customers.
Because its simply unsustainable
I can't understand why people stay with Web Africa, they have already said they are an ISP for the uneducated mom & pops and they won't be lowering their prices.
When every other ISP dropped their prices to R50.00 Web Africa's CEO said it will pretty much be the standard per gig pricing. Then came Afrihost and WA started with their "not sustainable" bs.
And to top it off Web Africa responded by dropping their per gig price by R1.00
People need to start voting with their wallets maybe then greedy ISP's like Web Africa will realise that losing customers simply is not sustainable.
