You are not comparing apples with apples. The uncapped option is not an "option" for many of us because of the throttling. It's only an option for people who are downloading torrents etc or very high volumes after hours. It's better to compare the WA bundle with the Afrihost 100GB (R1900) one which is not throttled but a lot cheaper. WA are too expensive and will have to do something about it soon (maybe they should acquire some SEACOM bandwidth for the cheaper "unreliable" accounts) but I don't think it's fair to keep comparing uncapped throttled accounts to capped un-throttled accounts whether it is Afrihost, WebAfrica, CyberSmart, etc.
True to some extent. Although WA's bandwidth is still shaped. Mweb is also offering business class uncapped, which is completely unshaped 24/7 for R1999pm. So if you prefer, I can compare WA's 110Gigs shaped @R4900 vs MWeb unshaped and uncapped @R1999.
Whether I am comparing apples to oranges or to pumpkins, isn't really the issue here. The issue is that WA's current pricing, by any comparison, is way out of line. The imbalance is like a huge, festering boil, crying out to be lanced.
