Yes, the response times from WA is rather quick. Just log into their WAMessenger and ask directly. Always works for me.

We are aware of this and working full steam to get on top of it - my apologies.
Our monthly response averages have consistently been around 4hrs, however yes I see we have had a bit of a backlog currently over the past few days, of around 10hrs.
We are rapidly expanding our teams and provisioning for the growth and are pushing to get this back on par, and even lower than before.
