Webafrica support system broken ?

Hi

Anyone having problems creating support tickets for Webafrica ? I click submit ticket and page refreshes but no ticket added, emails or the like. I am trying to get my line transferred back to telkom but cant exactly log a ticket :(

I closed a ticket just fine, creating them... another story.
 
Morning KinsZA,

I know we had an issue with the customer service area earlier this morning (just before 7am) but things should be sorted out. I'll run some tests on my end to see if I can replicate any problems and escalate onto our Dev's if need be.

In the mean time, please email [email protected] to action any requests :)

EDIT: Yup, there does seem to be an issue via the CSA. Sending an email to [email protected] does work though. Our Dev's are investigating the problem.

Confirmed with the Dev's now, everything is sorted out.

I just found this thread now after also having issues posting support tickets to the WA CSA.

It seems that whatever the devs did to resolve the issue WAJeff, it was just a temporary fix, as the ticket i wanted to create just now vanished same as last time i had this issue in Feb (same as KinsZA here).

Posting to the support email works, and i'll be doing that now.
Pls investigate and advise.
