Webafrica TP-link help

After having my connection drop for a couple of minutes every hour I decided to upgrade the router (high quality tp-link 840) firmware but since then haven't been able to authenticate with my ISP.

Webafrica have been less than helpful - anyone out there know which router settings to use other than the standard PPPoE config?

Is Telkom / Openserve your fibre provider? I simply used the default PPPoE setup on my TP Link router with the Webafrica username and password. In the past some of the TP Link firmware upgrades erased the setup and everything (port forwarding etc.) would have to be done again.
